Complete two rounds of the following with a 90 second rest between sets:

20 Ring dips
20 Steps of a max weighted, front rack walking lunge with no stopping
20 GHD back extension

Metcon

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 Strict handstand pressups
10 Strict pull ups
10 Alternating jumping lunges
