Beginners very welcome! We know coming to try CrossFit can be a bit daunting but we have an exceptionally friendly bunch of members and coaches who will look after you every step of your free class!
Ideal times to come and try a class (coached by Steve or Bizzie):
Monday: 4pm
Tuesday: 9:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm
Wednesday: 8:15am, 9.30am, 12.00pm, 4pm
Thursday: 6am, 7am, 8:15am, 9.30am, 12pm, 4pm
Friday: 9:30am, 12pm
