“We visited this box whilst staying here for a few weeks and couldn't recommend it more. The members are all really friendly and the coaches are excellent (we trained with Rachel, Will and did a weightlifting class with Charlie.) The space is great with a decent sized rig and we each had our own little squares marked on the floor to work out in due to covid. “I've been an on-off CrossFitter for a number of years, and I keep coming back to this box. The classes are well structured, and the programming carefully considered to provide improvements across the spectrum. There's always an effort to run additional classes - barbell, strongman, and running classes are regularly available, as are specialist classes for specific skills. A great emphasis is put on new starters, with additional coaching available, induction and taster classes too. There's been great success around nutrition as well, with a fat loss club, appropriate vending machine options, and meal plan solutions available to order. The coaches themselves are well educated, friendly, and considerate. They offer personal training sessions tailored to the individual in ways I've not seen anywhere else. The competitions run are well organised, well respected, and we'll attended. There's also a fantastic osteopath and sports therapist working from the box.
