Complete 3 rounds of the following with a 1 min rest between each:
20 Shoulder taps (nose and toes to wall)
30 seconds with as much time in a static free standing handstand hold
30 seconds max handstand walk 

WOD

Complete 3 rounds of the following, each for time, with a 4 minute rest between each:

50m sled pull 40/30kg
100m sprint
