Skill / Strength

Alternate between the following:

2 x 10 strict ring dips
2 x 10 strict ring rows
2 x 10 strict pull ups
2 x 10 strict ring press ups

WOD

In teams of 4 complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Synchronised burpees
20 Pull ups (assisted if you want)
30 Box jump overs 24/20"

On minutes 0:00 and 10:00 the team must complete 400m with a 70/50kg sled, a sandbag 30/15kg and 2 x kettlebells 32/24kg. The kettlebells and sandbags can not touch the floor once the 400m has started.
