10 Single leg kettlebell deadlifts
10 YTWL's
10 Ovehead kettlebell squats


Working with a same sex partner complete the following for time:

Check in - 400m run together with a 32/24kg kettlebell
3 rounds of:
20 Goblet squats 32/24kg
15 Squats with kettlebell in front rack 32/24kg
10 Kettlebell overhead squat 32/24kg
100' Wheelbarrow walk
5 Synchronised down ups
