CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

Part A

Every minute on the minute for 16 minutes complete the following:

3 Hang power snatch 60% of 1RM
3-6 Burpee muscle ups

Part B

Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

1 Wall climb
3 Ground to overhead with weight used in part A
5 Toes to bar
7 Over bar burpees

3-2-1-GO!!
