CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

In teams of 4 (2 men and 2 women)

Part A

You have one barbell and 10 minutes to each establish a 10 rep max shoulder to overhead

Part B

You have 10 minutes to complete as many reps as possible of:

3 minutes of tyre flips (alternating athletes in the same order)
3 minutes of rope climbs (alternating athletes in the same order)
3 minutes of partner carries 40 foot = 1 rep (both pairs can work at once, all athletes must change from carrier to being carried or change partners after every 40 foot run)

Part C

With only one athlete working at any time you have 10 minutes to complete as many reps as possible of: Power cleans 42.5/30kg (two bars set up)

During the 10 minutes, at all times, either one or two athletes will leave the cleans to farmers walk one set of 24kg kettlebells 200m

Part C is scored in 2 parts - the total amount of cleans and the total farmers walks completed
