Kipping handstand press ups


With a partner, share the work however you want, to complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

20 Deadlifts 100/65kg
10 Handstand press ups
5 Bar muscle ups (or 10 assisted bar muscle ups)
40 Foot wheelbarrow walk each
200m run together carrying one 24/16kg Kettlebell between the pair
