3 attempts to establish a 20 rep max, front rack walking lunge

Metcon

Part A

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of: 

20 Burpee box jumps 24/20"
20 Kettlebell squat clean and press from the floor each rep 2 x 24/16kg

Part B

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

Wall balls 20/14lb to a 10/9' target

Part C

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes as you progress up the following ladder with 1 rep of each then 2 reps of each, 3, 4, 5, 6 etc, of:

Deadlift 60/42.5kg
Toes to bar
