Working at 85% of your 1RM Squat clean and jerk complete the following 3 times:

2 Squat cleans, 1 split jerk

Part B
Establish a 10 rep max 'touch and go' ground to overhead via any clean and any shoulder to overhead


3 Rounds for time of:

400m run
7 Ground to overhead with the weight established in B
