In teams of two complete the following for time:

50 Wall Climbs
10 Clean and Jerks 70/45kg
75 Box jumps 24/20"
50 Knees to elbows
10 Clean and Jerks 70/45kg
50 Toes to bar
75 Box jumps 24/20"
10 
Clean and Jerks 70/45kg
50 Burpees


Only one athlete will be working at any time while the other rests.
