Fitness That Builds Stronger, Healthier, and More Confident Teenagers
For ages 12-16, our CrossFit Teens classes are designed to help teenagers become stronger, fitter and more confident in a supportive environment.
Whether they already play sport, or want to become more active, every session is coached to suit their ability.
Summer Holiday Sessions - starting this summer @10:45am
During term time our classes will move to an evening session to fit around school.
