Our CrossFit Kids classes are held on Thursday afternoons at 4pm. They are open to children aged 6–12 and are designed to build fitness, strength, confidence, and a love for being active.
Each session combines age-appropriate gymnastics, basic weightlifting movements, and conditioning in a fun, structured group class led by one of our qualified coaches.
Classes focus on developing good movement patterns, coordination, balance, and teamwork, while encouraging children to challenge themselves in a safe and supportive environment.
