Alternating in male/female pairs to complete a full round at a time each, complete 10 rounds for time of:

10 Burpees to the plate 5kg
10 Kettlebell swings 24/16kg
10 Burpees to the plate 5kg
10 Toes to bar / 15 Toes above chin height
10 Burpees to the plate 5kg

Time cap - 18 Minutes
