Skill / Strength

Establish a 3 rep max weighted pull up

Then complete a maximum unbroken set at 80% of the above (include body weight for calculation)

Complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

2 Muscle ups
4 Handstand press ups
8 Kettlebell swings 32/24kg
