With a same sex partner and only one athlete working at any point complete the following for time:

Run 1 mile (Both athletes do the run together)
50 Overhead squats  60/42.5kg
100 AbMat sit ups
150 Double unders
50 Sumo deadlift high pulls 60/42.5kg
100 Box jump overs 24/20"
