Complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

10 Overhead squats 42.5/30kg
10 Over bar burpees
11 Overhead squats 42.5/30kg
11 Over bar burpees
12 Overhead squats 42.5/30kg
12 Over bar burpees

13/13, 14/14, 15/15...etc

If 2 rounds are completed in under 3 minutes time extends to 6 minutes
If 4 rounds are completed in under 6 minutes time extends to 9 minutes
If 6 rounds are completed in under 6 minutes time extends to 12 minutes.....etc
