Part A
On the minute every minute for 10 minutes complete:
3 Deadlifts at 70% of 1 rep max, 6 box jumps at 24/20" and then in the remainder of the minute as many reps as possible of down ups (note reps per round)
Part B
Work for 1 minute and rest for 1 minute to complete as many reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
15 Ring dips
20 Kettlebell snatches 24/16kg (alternating arms)
3-2-1-GO!!
