10 minutes to establish a 3 rep max back squat

Metcon

Every minute on the even minute for 14 minutes complete 3 back squats at 80% of the above (every time you fail to get 3 reps within 30 seconds reduce the weight by 5kg's)
Every minute on the odd minute for 14 minutes complete as many reps as possible in 30 seconds of kettlebell swings 32/24kg
