3 Attempts to establish a 5 rep max touch and go squat snatch

Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 85% of the 5RM established above


Complete 3 rounds of the following for time:

40 Wall balls 9/6kg to a 10/9' target
30 Single arm Kettlebell swings to shoulder height 24/16kg
20 Pull ups
10 Barbell roll outs
5 Squat snatch 60/42.5kg
