CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

Working in same sex teams of 4 complete the following on a 35min running clock:

1 mile with:
1 Sled @ average body weight
1 Kettlebell 32/24kg
1 Sandbag 25/15kg

Then in the remaining time establish both of the following 1 rep max's:
Shoulder to overhead
Front squat

Score is total weight lifted by all team members on both lifts added together
