Establish a 1 rep max weighted pull up and a 1 rep max strict press

Metcon

Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes on the following ladder:

2 Squat cleans 70/50kg
10 Double unders
4 Squat cleans 70/50kg
20 Double unders
6 Squat cleans 70/50kg
30 Double unders
8 Squat cleans 70/50kg
40 Double unders
10 Squat cleans 70/50kg
50 Double unders...........etc

2 over bar burpees if you break the squat cleans or the double unders
