6 Ground to overhead 52.5/35kg
6 Over bar burpees

EMOM for 10 minutes of:
30 second row for metres

Complete AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
10 Walking lunges
20 Sit ups
10 Plank get ups (5 each arm)

Complete AMRAP in 2 minutes of:
Burpees
