Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 75% of the 1RM established above

Complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

10 Chest to bar pull ups
10 Handstand press ups
10 Hang power snatches 42.5/30kg
10 Box jumps 24/20"
