EMOM for 6 minutes:
Handstand walk as far as possible in 30 seconds 
Scaled - complete as many shoulder taps as possible in 30 seconds

Metcon

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

5 Deadlifts 100/70kg
10 Abmat sit ups
15' Handstand walk
20 Lateral jumps over the bar
