CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

Working in oposite sex pairs with a 2 minute rest between parts complete the following:

Part A
Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes the male athlete will complete 7 box jumps 24" and 4 thrusters (unbroken)
Every minute on the 0:30 seconds for 6 minutes the female athlete will complete 7 box jumps 20" and 4 thrusters (unbroken)
2 boxes and 2 barbells may be used. You choose the weight. For every successful set of 4 thrusters the athlete will multiply the weight by the reps to get a total score. 

Part B

With only one athlete working at any time complete as many rounds as possible in 6 and a half minutes of:
50m run
5 pull ups
(A full round must be completed before athletes can change)

Part C

With only one athlete working at once share the work however you want to complete as many reps as possible in 6 and a half minutes of:

30 Double unders
15 Shoulder to overhead 2x24/16kg kettlebells
