With a 90 second rest alternate between the following

2 x Max effort sets of ring dips
2 x Max effort sets of horizontal ring pulls

Working for 1 minute and resting for 1 minute complete as many rounds as possible in 19 minutes of:

12 Lateral jumps over the bar
10 Toes to bar
8 Hang clean thrusters 42.5/30kg
6 Hand release press ups
4 Sit ups
