CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

Part A

With a same sex partner complete as many reps as possible of:

Death by thrusters 50/35kg - 1 rep each in the first minute, 2 in the second, 3 in the third......continue for as long as possible until you can not complete the correct number of reps within the minute

Part B

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

5 Hang squat clean 50/35kg
10 Press ups
15  AbMat sit ups
