CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

With a same sex partner complete A and B with a 10 minute rest between each.

Part A

2 rounds to complete as many reps as possible of:

2 minutes of wheelbarrow walk (each foot of distance walked is 1 rep)
2 minutes of wall climbs with only one athlete working at once
2 minutes of partner carries (each foot of distance carried is 1 rep)

Part B

Frantasy Land Pairs

Share the work however you want but the exercises must be fully completed in the correct order and although only one athlete can be completing the reps they may be assisted by the partner, to complete the following for time:

Thrusters 42.5/30kg
Pull ups
15-12-9
Thrusters 52.5/35kg
Chest to bar pull ups
12-9-6
Thrusters 60/42.5
Bar muscle ups
