CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

15 minute AMRAP

In teams of 2 one athlete will run 200m and complete 50 Double unders while the other athlete completes as many reps as possible of:

5 Press ups
10 Sit ups
15 Kettlebell Taters 1.5/1 pood

Then the athletes switch and athlete 2 continues to count the reps where the first athlete stopped to record a score of total reps completed. Also record the amount of complete runs and double unders.
