20 D-ball reverse lunges

10 D-ball over left shoulder 70/50kg

5 Strict chest to bar pull ups

10 Strict Handstand push ups 

15 Goblet squats 24/16kg

5 Strict chest to bar pull ups in band or to temporary bar

10 Push ups, push ups to bar, seated shoulder press

15 Air squats
