Working in same sex teams of 3 complete as many reps as possible of:


A - Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:


800m Plate carry 20/15kg (All 3 people carry a plate)

In the remaining time, complete as many synchro burpees to plate as possible (2 people working)


Rest 3 minutes 


B - Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:


100 Thrusters 60/42.5kg

In the remaining time, complete as many syncro double unders as possible (2 people working)


Rest 3 minutes 


C - Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:


120/90 Cal Row

In the remaining time, complete as many syncro jumping lunges as possible (2 people working)
