Working for 3 minutes and resting for 1 minute for a total of 4 rounds, complete as many reps as possible of:

Check in: 100m run

Then AMRAP of:

5 Clusters 42.5/30kg

8 Burpees over the bar

21 Unbroken double unders

Restart at the beginning each round
