Skill / Strength 

Establish a 10 rep max deadlift

(After every rep you must switch the mixed grip and the bar can not be dropped from the top) 


Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes of:

20 Deadlifts 1.5 x bodyweight

20 Strict handstand push ups 

20 Strict pull ups

Scaled Options 

20 Deadlifts 

20 Seated shoulder press / press ups

20 Strict pull ups in band or temporary bar
