Time cap: 3 Minutes


Weight options


A - 60/47.5kg

B - 45/30kg

C - 30/20kg


Scaled Options


If you can’t squat to full depth just go to a point where good form and a flat back are maintained.


Reduce the weight further if needed.


Reduce the reps to allow you to finish inside the 3 minute cap.
