Working in same sex teams of 3 complete as many reps as possible in 25 minutes of:


50 Pull ups

50 Burpee box jumps 24/20” (2 can be working at the same time but only one person on the box at once)

50 Synchronised dumbbell snatches 22.5/15kg (2 people working)

50 Synchronised wall balls


One 400m sled pull 90/60kg to be completed at any one of these times during the AMRAP 0:00/8:00/16:00
