Skill / Strength


Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds complete:


5 Strict supinated pull ups

10 Dumbbell shoulder presses seated on the floor


Increase the difficulty as much as possible but try to get each set unbroken


WOD - Open workout 12.5


Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:


Thrusters 43/30kg

Chest to bar pull ups


Rest 2 minutes


Complete a 2 minute AMRAP of:


Burpee to a 6” target


Scaled options


Thrusters 20/15kg

Jumping / banded chest to bar
