(Week 5/5)

Before and after each set of deadlifts complete a set of 5 strict handstand push ups (try to increase the depth of your set from last week)


Working for 3 minutes and resting for 3 minutes for a total of 3 rounds, accumulate as many rounds as possible of:

10 Box jumps 24/20”

10’ Unbroken handstand walk

10 Deadlifts 60/42.5kg
