Working in same sex teams of 3 complete the following for time:


Check in: 100/75 cal Row


Then 45 rounds of ‘Macho man’


3 Power cleans 70/47.5kg

3 Front squats 70/47.5kg

3 Push jerks 70/47.5kg


Check out: 100/75 cal Row


Starting on 0:00 and every 5 minutes complete a 400m run as a team. Once ‘Macho man’ has been completed there are no more 400m runs every 5 minutes.


Time cap: 40 minutes
