A - Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

400m Run together
50 Syncro air squats
200m Run together
75 Syncro plate ground to overhead 15/10kg
100m Run
100 Syncro reverse lunges
Rest 5 minutes
B - In ‘you go, I go’ style, completing a round each at a time, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Thrusters 20/15kg
12 Cal Row
9 Burpees over the bar
3-2-1-GO!!
