Skill / Strength

Rotate through the following:

3 X 20 Pistols
3 X 5 Controlled, slow lowers through front lever from an inverted position in the rings
3 X 50 Double unders


Work for 1 minute and rest for 1 minute to complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

18 Double unders
14 Chest to bar pull ups
10 Pistols
6 Single arm kettlebell shoulder to overhead 32/24kg (3 left, then 3 right arm)
