Complete the following for time:

30 Atlas stone to shoulder 65/45kg

Part B

Working with a same sex partner and only one athlete working at any time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Burpee double kettlebell box step overs 2 x 24/16kg
10 Sandbag shoulder to overhead 30/15kg
