Efficiency of movements in the WOD

WOD 'CrossFit Cheltenham Winter League WOD 15.2'. This WOD is scored in 2 parts and both must be completed with a running clock up to 30 minutes.

Part A 

Working in a team of three complete the following for time:

400m Sled pull 30/15kg
800m Farmers carry 24/16kg
1200m Sandbag carry 30/15kg

Part B

In the remaining time establish a 'CrossFit Total' for each member of your team:

1RM Back squat
1RM Strict press
1RM Deadlift

Part B result will be each individuals Wilks coefficient calculation added together for a team total.
