CrossFit Cheltenham WOD
Working in same sex pairs complete 2 rounds of the following for time:
50 AbMat sit ups
50 Kettlebell swings 32/24kg
50 Knees to elbows
50 Kettlebell deadlifts 1 x 32/24kg
100 Lateral jumps over the bar
During the chipper athletes must take it in turn to complete 4 200m runs each with a 20/15kg bar overhead. Athletes can stop during the 200m and rest the bar in any position as long as the bar does not touch the ground (Penalty - 10 burpees)
