Alternate between the following for 3 rounds with a 60 second
rest between each:

Max toes to bar
Max shoulder taps with nose and toes on wall
Max strict ring rows from horizontal

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

200m run
20 Kettlebell snatches 24/16kg
200m run
20 Press ups
