Skill / Strength

Alternate between the following with a 60 second rest between each:

3 x 50' overhead barbell lunge into 50' walks with banded kettlebells
3 x 10 strict pull ups (weighted or assisted as needed)


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Run 400m
10 Chest to bar pull ups
10 Box jumps 30/24"
10 Kettlebell snatches 24/16kg
10 Hand release press ups
