3 Attempts to establish a 5 rep max touch and go squat snatch

Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 85% of the 5RM established above


Working with a same sex partner complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Hang squat snatch 42.5/30kg (5 reps each)
20 Hand release press ups
30 Box jump overs 24/20"
