Skill / Strength

Part A

With a 60 second rest between each set complete 4 rounds of:

10 Strict ring dips
10 Ring rows
(Add weight if needed)

Part B

15 Skin the cats (work on form, rest as needed)


Working for 1 minute and resting for 1 minute complete as many reps as possible in 11 minutes of:

7 Box jumps 30/24"
7 Kettlebell swings 24/16kg
7 Abmat sit ups
7 Press ups
