Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes complete 1 power clean, start at 70% and add weight each minute until you miss a lift, then reduce to finish the EMOM


Progress as far as possible in 12 minutes on the following ladder:

10 Double unders
1 Handstand press up
20 Double unders
2 Handstand press ups
30-3, 40-4, 50-5, 60-6, 70-7...etc
